Cover Collecting 101 . . .

Not all recipients of special collectible covers know whether they should open an envelope or not. Affix one of these seals to the back side of the envelope to let them know it's okay.

Seals are printed in full color on moisture activated (lick-n-stick) stamp paper and pinhole perforated (U.S. 12-67 ga.).
